Overview

PATHOS led the rebrand of Caldwell, luxury home craftsmen specializing in coastal residences, bespoke cabinetry, and handcrafted furnishings on the island of Palm Beach. Our goal was to develop a comprehensive understanding of Caldwell’s brand and marketing presence through a Discovery Phase, allowing us to assess organizational objectives, market factors, and marketing tactics needed to bolster growth initiatives.

Goals
Collectively, PATHOS provided strategic recommendations to drive impactful results across Caldwell’s brand foundation, digital footprint, and B2B sales priorities. At the core of the brand lies the Caldwell narrative, mission, and values, embodying the organization’s journey and future aspirations. We aimed to reposition Caldwell as premier builders on Palm Beach Island, aligning them more closely with high net worth and ultra-high net worth audiences who expect concierge-level expertise throughout the home-building and custom cabinetry process.
Process
We began by leading the brand narrative development, capturing Caldwell’s commitment to masterful artistry, precision, and truth in every detail. We enhanced Caldwell’s visual identity and developed a modern, user-friendly website to showcase their luxury craftsmanship. Through extensive videography and photography sessions, we highlighted their bespoke services and the skilled artisans behind the work. Our media strategy and planning efforts focused on repositioning Caldwell as a premier luxury builder, appealing to a discerning clientele.
