Comprehensive Federal Healthcare Procurement Website
Academy Medical, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business specializing in improving the procurement process for federal healthcare agencies, collaborated with PATHOS to develop a tech-centric solution that showcased their supplier partners and integrated their custom online procurement catalog. The website provided a modern interface to help streamline the current process and eliminate inefficiencies.
It was crucial to develop an online experience that addressed both federal procurement customers and potential or existing supplier partners. This involved highlighting Academy Medical’s expertise in comprehensive procurement and supply chain solutions while ensuring federal procurement personnel could easily access their extensive product catalog. Additionally, Academy Medical’s web presence needed to distinguish them from competitors through design.
We collaborated closely with Academy Medical to fully understand the federal government procurement process, Academy Medical’s supplier partnerships, and Academy Medical’s role bridging the two together to provide procurement and supply chain solutions to the federal government space. Using design tools like Adobe XD, PATHOS created detailed wireframes and interactive mockups of the site, showcasing the revamped design and layout.
After stakeholder approval, we proceeded into development, creating the pages and integrating the product catalog which includes advanced search capabilities to easily locate contracts and products in order to facilitate a smooth ordering process.
