Physician Referral Campaign for Women’s Health

Overview
Tenet Physician Resources enlisted PATHOS to promote their women’s health services across several markets throughout the country. The campaign aimed to raise awareness among physicians about the comprehensive care available to their female patients. To achieve this, we developed a multi-faceted strategy to effectively reach and engage the target audience, highlighting the extensive range of services and benefits provided by Tenet Healthcare.
Our approach began with identifying key physicians and healthcare providers who would benefit from learning more about Tenet’s women’s health services.
Goals
The primary goal of the campaign was to increase awareness and utilization of Tenet Physician Resources’ women’s health services among physicians nationwide. By directly engaging with physicians, we aimed to foster stronger relationships and encourage referrals to Tenet’s women’s health services. Additionally, we sought to highlight the benefits and unique features of Tenet’s offerings, ultimately enhancing their reputation as a leader in women’s healthcare.
Process
We created a custom swag/gift box, filled with branded items and informative materials, to be sent directly to these physicians. Alongside this, we developed a targeted direct mail campaign and utilized various media channels, including digital advertising and social media, to amplify our reach. Our creative team crafted compelling content and visuals to convey the value of Tenet’s services, while our strategic planning ensured a cohesive and impactful campaign. Throughout the project, we monitored engagement and adjusted our tactics to maximize effectiveness and achieve our client’s objectives.
