Overview
PATHOS partnered with the Downtown Development Authority to reimagine the brand identity of Downtown West Palm Beach. Our goal was to capture the vibrant, dynamic essence of the area and create a cohesive brand that resonates with residents, visitors, and businesses alike. Through a combination of strategic planning, creative design, and community engagement, we developed a refreshed visual identity that highlights the unique charm and cultural richness of Downtown West Palm Beach.
Downtown West Palm Beach is the county’s waterfront hub for people to experience a unique fusion of city living, business opportunities, multicultural dining, arts, and entertainment.
Goals
The rebrand aimed to revitalize the perception of Downtown West Palm Beach by creating a cohesive and memorable brand identity that reflected the city’s vibrant charm and energy. With the objective to increase community engagement, attract more visitors, and support local businesses, we prioritized the area’s diverse attractions, cultural richness, and tropical atmosphere to capture the essence of the downtown scene.
Process
To effectively align the downtown brand with the vision of the residential, business, and government stakeholders, our strategists led multiple interview sessions to capture community insights, perspectives, and feedback. Through this inclusive process paired with market intelligence, we were able to develop a cohesive branding strategy that not only reflects the unique identity of the downtown area but also fosters a sense of pride and engagement among all community members. This approach ensured that the brand resonates with the diverse needs and aspirations of the stakeholders, driving both economic growth and community cohesion.
