Overview
Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League has been a cornerstone of community service, leadership, and activism for nearly a century, championing animal welfare, care, and education in Palm Beach County and beyond. To continue this legacy and enhance their digital presence, Peggy Adams enlisted PATHOS to reimagine their existing website experience.

Through this partnership, we are proud to support Peggy Adams and aim to continue their exceptional work, expanding their impact on animal welfare in Palm Beach County and beyond.
Goals
Recognizing the need to modernize and align with industry standards, we transitioned the current site from a Drupal open-source content management system to a WordPress framework. This upgrade facilitated a more immersive, informative, manageable, and scalable website experience.
Process
Our redesign prioritized an intuitive site hierarchy, enabling users to effortlessly navigate through pet profiles, multimedia content, and information on events, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising activities. The new backend featured an intuitive visual builder, top-rated plugins, formatted page templates, and integration points for pet profiles, form fills, and job boards. This multipurpose framework was built to scale with Peggy Adams’ evolving programs, adoption processes, content needs, organizational goals, and internal team structure. To uphold industry-leading best practices and align with Peggy Adams’ core objectives, we delivered comprehensive site architecture, enhanced site aesthetics, and implemented a robust backend management system.
